As I've gotten older, my metabolism is somewhat slowing down but I can still eat what I want without gaining too much, but the one part of my body where I've noticed "change" is my calves. There is muscle definition now that I never had before, and I don't exercise nor seem to be walking any more out of the ordinary...any ideas why?

(I'm Asian male early 30s, 5'7, 120-123 lbs)

What is your chair like? Do you sit at a computer and basically have to hold yourself in your chair because the chair kind of faces downward?

I've got a broken computer chair, and my thighs look like a runner's.
