I would go with a leather backpack or messenger bag.

Along with all black sneakers.

Can I carry this bag with the above outfit:

I'm wondering if the bag is too polished and professional for jeans and sneakers.
Yes. Something less structured, brown leather, maybe distressed.

Matching bag and shoes was a thing like 20 years ago, and not for nothing in your pic there is a brown belt. What color belt were you going to wear?

What in the world.

If you're wearing jeans and sneakers, you can carry whatever kind of satchel you want and it won't matter one bit.

It could be brown leather, it could be the one pictured, it could be a canvas backpack, it could be a small rolling suitcase.

It could be a paper sack with handles.

The fashion felonies you're committing with the outfit itself permit you to carry whatever kind of case you'd like, and the observer wouldn't say wow, look at that outfit and that satchel. Doesn't work together.

Honestly the only one I saw was that striped shirt.

That jacket looks awesome on you ( a nice pick,) the jeans look great; all is perfect for that business casual outfit, but you need to change that shirt for something more appropriate - something in more subdued shades and cut, tying those two pieces ( blazer and jeans) together.

And then you are good to go with business-like bag.

I agree - don't care for that shirt with that jacket at all.

OP, it's a very fashionable and bold outfit. Don't worry about some of the negativity.

I think a brown messenger bag would look nice, but the black one is fine if you're doing black sneakers.
