Usually, I wear my pink hoodie with pink shirts. However, my other hoodie needed washing and I only had my pink hoodie. I was going to wear a lilac shirt (the shade being Sheer Lilac), but I am not sure if pink and lilac is a good combo, so I decided to wear a green shirt instead (Absinthe Green). Perhaps pink would pair better with a darker purple such as Ultra Violet rather than lilac.

Once you're wearing a hoodie, you're not bound to any kind of formal rules of dress. Maybe not red or orange, though.

Pink and lilac are very pretty colors together. Reminds me of spring.

I do have a gingham shirt that is Fairy Tale pink and a medium shade of purple, although I wouldn't call it lilac. Lilac might be too light to pair with light pink. Considering my hoodie is a light pink, I am not sure if lilac would look good with it. If it were hot pink perhaps it might look good.

And maybe for little girls under the age of three.

If the pink is acool pink, then yes. If is a warmer, peachy pink, then probably not.

I don’t like it. Too similar in tone.
