Recently, in the thread about which one beauty item you would want if you were stranded on a deserted island, I said I would take tweezers. I now think I'll change that to nail clippers.

If I was a freak or had attention-deficit disorder I probably would.

I once ran into a home shopper who had EXTREMELY LONG fingernails. To the point that her hands were almost useless.

A line from "I, Jan Cremer" (IIRC) comes to mind, "It was the height of fashion."

I have let them grow out before, but not to that extent. In fact, they wouldn't make it that far even if I never cut them. lol
