Every now and then, I see someone whose outfit grabs my attention. It usually involves intéresting color combos. These are some I wear...including tonals of most colors ie lilac and purple.

Black and taupe
Yellow gold and purple shades
Red and Taupe
Rich blues or greens with white
Black and white
Shades of white with cream, beige
Red and burgundy
Pinks and beige, or black
Red and Tomato red
Navy with white

Colors opposite on the color wheel, such as red and blue, make strong combos.

Colors next to each other on the wheel make pretty tonal combos, IMO. Hot pink with pale pink
or Bright blue with pale blue. Orange with peach.

You have any favorites?

I think pink/blue and pink/green are good combinations. Those combinations are common in men's preppy brands.

I like olive green with pink or a certain shade of aqua.

I am not a big fan of navy blue on me, but I will wear it with tan.

I love a pretty coral and I’d wear it with tan or olive or white.

Yellow and gray are good together.

I just bought a periwinkle color sweater and I pair it with a beige printed silk scarf that has a line of lavender color around the edge. The lavender is very close to the periwinkle color of the sweater.

I am afraid to combine colors opposite each other on color wheel. I feel like one has to be very strong personality to carry such combination. I often go for colors close together

I tend to stick to earthy/natural shades (the “Autumn” shades) which work best with my skin/hair color. I avoid bright pastel, neon, yellow, and gold. I usually wear silver jewelry.

Some of my color combos:

Brown/camel with green, red, or black
Wine/burgundy/dark red with gray, taupe, or black
Forest green with navy, brown, taupe, or white
Burnt orange with white or taupe
Navy with gray or green
Dusty rose with taupe or white
Denim with anything
Black with white or silver

Brown with reds of all shades (not orange reds--blue reds only).
Gray with pink
Black and white
Navy and white

90% of the time I'm in jeans so anything goes

I tend to wear very few taupes or beiges. Even if it's on the bottom the color doesn't look right on me.
