What to do about invisible eyebrows? (dye, color, blonde, reviews)

I'm 72 and my eyelashes are mostly gray with some darker ones scattered throughout- just like my hair.I was using a wonderful product which actually put color on the hairs in my eyebrows but it has been discontinued. I don't want to draw color on my skin because I will still have whiteish brows. Surely there is another product which colors my brows without looking like I drew on the skin. I've tried mascara but that hasn't worked Thank you.

You can get them dyed at the brow bar at Ulta. It's permanent and lasts until the hair grows out. I get mine done every 6 weeks. I'm sure there are salons in your area if you don't have an Ulta that will dye your brows.

I couldn't find a pencil that didn't irritate my skin so I'm using eye shadow in a matching tone. My eyebrows are mostly their natural dark blonde but they do have a few white hairs scattered here and there. So far it's working and hasn't irritated my skin at all. I figured if my eyelids could handle it my eyebrows could too . . . so far so good.

I use Just for Men beard dye once a month. I mix up the stuff and use a disposable mascara wand to put it on the hairs. It will stain towels and can stain skin, but usually comes off skin after a day, and you can burn your eyes, so be very careful. But the beard dye is a cream, so it doesn’t run. And it takes 8 minutes. A minute to mix and apply, 5 to set, a couple of minutes to tissue off and wash face.

My hair is dark blonde with light blonde streaks, and I use M35 color. My advice is to start lighter than your natural hair color.

I also use the Thrive Causmetics eyebrow pencil. It’s a very waxy pencil that colors your eyebrow hairs, and sets them, and deposits color onto your skin, but you can really use it with a light hand. And it stays, through sweating at work and my touching my eyebrows through the day. Which I do often. I can see at the end of the day it’s worn off a little, but when I wash my face, I can really see the difference of it gone. And I wash with a gentle cleanser. I don’t need a makeup remover, then wash.

I’ve tried other pencils, and kits and eyebrow gunk, but this is seriously the best one, and don’t let the price scare you.

I use the medium shade almost daily to fill in some sparseness and the tails, and the pencil has lasted months. I’ve tried their mascara and their stick blush and both products are kinda meh. The next time I order, I’m buying two pencils to get free shipping.

I use a brow powder from Clinique and I love it. My brows are sparse and this looks very natural, much more than using a brow pencil.

Just read the reviews. I'm a frequent Clinique patron, yet I've never heard of this. Sounds like a dream come true for brows. thanks for posting!
