I think either the sneakers or the dress shoes look great in that combination. If you want to dress up a bit more, you can throw on a sport coat along with a dressier shirt.

Definitely, both are nice. I agree with Dazzleman. Throw on a sport coat and you look ready for just about anything and anyplace.

Full brogues are considered a little less formal than something like a cap toe brogue so those would be a great match to pair with jeans

True. Before I even click on the OP's image I was literally thinking, it's probably something more formal than a brown wingtip. A brown wingtip can be either dressy or casual.
