What famous people do you think look at least 20 years younger than their age? So many people like to say they get mistaken for much younger. I've even read some claims that people in their forties can pass off as college students.
What person in the public can you think of that looks at least 20 years younger if not more? I honestly can't think of anyone. The only closest one I can think of is Will Smith. He's 50 but looks as if he could pass for mid to late thirties. Not 20 years though. That's too much of a stretch for anyone IMO.
Rob Lowe, at 55, he is still so handsome and could pass for late thirties, early forties
Marie Osmond at 59, in those nutrisystem commercials, she looks fantastic, many younger women don’t have her fabulous figure and hair
Valerie Bertinelli is also 59, and looks amazing
Jared Leto is 47, but he could still pass for being in his twenties.
Well folks, remember we only see them on TV or movies, or in magazines where they are made up to the hilt among other things. When you see them without "doctoring up" they look their age like everyone else.
I will say, however, that I think that up through the age 50's some people can look almost 20 years younger. Once 60 and above is reached people pretty much start to look their true age.

I live in a neighborhood that has many celebrities, and I also do some bodyguarding work in "Hollywood" so I get to see many celebs, and trust me, very few of them look "20 years younger" when not all fully made up. But there are a few that I have personally seen out and about without being all made up for the cameras that DO look a LOT younger than their age and those are the following:
Sharon Osborne
Carol Bayer-Sager
Elton John (aged 72 as I write this and he looks looks like early 60s)
Queen Latifah
Oprah
Most of the others I've seen look their age or OLDER than their age. Some of those are:
Debra Messing
Denise Richards (looks 20 years OLDER in person)
Miley Cyrus
Jojo Siwa
I don’t know about 20 years younger but Jennifers (Lopez and Garner) and Gwen Stefani are aging goals. Also John Stamos.
I think John's face is catching up to his real age. The others might look about 20 years younger than they are, but I heard that Jennifer Lopez is covering up a lot of gray hair.
