I love my Golden Goose sneakers.

For something dressier and relatively inexpensive, you cannot go wrong with Sam Edelman. I can and do walk miles in these: https://www.dsw.com/en/us/product/sa...B&gclsrc=aw.ds

Thanks again!

blueherons, I never did well w/ Sam E. (formerly Sam & Libby). Not comfy to me. I have some very cute sandals in the closet that I never really wore.

For casual shoes you might want to check out Ryka

https://www.ryka.com/

I purchased a pair of snow-sneakers a couple years ago specifically to wear at the Women's March in Washington. I was able to stand on my feet all day with no problem.

Dansko.

I also have a foot doctor. He has a footwear department that specializes in custom wear shoes. Last pair was 200$ . Worth every penny! They do a foot mold and 5 weeks later they come back for fitting and small adjustments..

I'm not a big advocate on "style" so much as that my feet aren't being injured from poor fit.

Glad posters are giving choices.
