I'm curious. I don't need a ton of lipo, just a little that won't go away no matter how many situps I do. It seems like the recovery time is less, no incisions and no general anesthesia, which is what scares me!

First, sit-ups won't reduce fat--it will tone the muscles UNDER the extra fat, but as long as you have that extra roll, the muscles won't show. You have to lose weight to get rid of that fat!

I saw a show on the laser lipo--I couldn't see much, if any, difference in the before and after pictures.
Regular lipo can work, but I've seen where some folks end up with "ripple-y" looking tummys because they didn't suck the fat out evenly.

Try losing about 8 lbs, and see if that makes a difference!

why would it be? Modern Lipo treatments are safe and it's a major "pro" that they can be done in-office, under the local anestesia. Here is a site with tons of resources and examples: Liposuction | Laser Lipo | Lipo Sculpting
