advice-jeans--belt or no?
I rarely wear jeans but I do love my Bongo jeans. I never notice when others wear them if they have a belt on though. What do most think? Should one wear a belt with jeans or no? Or can it go either way?

My rule is that if my shirt is tucked in or does not come far enough down to cover the beltloops I wear a belt. If I am untucked I do not.

Theres way too many combos!
I dont know what to say...
Beltless cant look wrong, just casual
But the wrong belt on a certain outfit looks very wrong.
Just dont nerd hitch em and you will be fine.

If the jeans have "stretch" in them, without a belt, they will start to slide down and you're constantly pulling them up! A belt (doesn't have to be "glitzy" or anything) works very well to keep those jeans in place, so you won't have a "saggy" bottom!

Some examples are:
If you are wearing a tailored white blouse with jeans tucked in and a nice shoe a coordinating belt finishes a classic look.
If you are wearing a white T with tennis shoes probably not BUT if you are wearing a white t with some nice sandals etc. a belt would finish off the look especially with jewelry. It is a very easy way to dress up something plain like a white t and jeans.
I think if you are wearing a shirt tucked in with a jacket (blazer, colored denim etc.) a belt always looks nice as well.
Just a few examples. For me a lot has to do with whether I am wearing jewelry and what shoes I am wearing
