In the past couple of weeks out shopping I've seen 2 different guys wearing a neck lanyard with a keychain with their keys and multiple "mini cards" attached. While on the one hand that seems very convenient, on the other it might be a temptation for thieves.

I've also seen stuff like this on belt loops.
What do you think?
I think I could get a good choke on someone with a nylon string is what I think.
If I was going to get your stuff..thanks for the chokey choke tool!
Belt loops...get mugged and pants-ed at the same time!
I actually had an ex get that ripped right off his pants. Took the whole butt off. LOL
I have seen the lanyard look myself, as well, especially popular with the apres-gym and apres-sport set. I just don't know that I'd want it for security and because it's just strange to me to be wearing a gym card, one of the mini credit cards, etc. around my neck.
I never use pockets at all. I hate things crammed in pockets. I put it directly down my trousers or shorts. It's much more comfortable, as well as safer. In addition (especially if you have a nicer wallet) it looks much better with just the top of your wallet sticking out of your pants rather than giant bulge in your pocket. And it doesn't cause damage to the fabric of your good trousers, AND finally you can't accidentally put it through the wash! No contest.
I have a thin type holder for some cards with a money clip attached. I keep that in my front pocket. Anything in the back pocket has a higher chance of disappearing.
