You must be talking about Hollywood or No Ho because that's all you see in those areas
No, northern part of the state and more suburban locations with more abundant parking for the flashy / blingy cars. If I recall, parking in So Cal seems to be more sparse as the density has increased in the last 10 or 20 years.
