I agree with you, Pekemon, but I have to admit that I find it amusing. America is the ultimate pop culture generator. Here in America some gangsta in the hood openly exhibits his sloth to promote his "I don't care " machismo and years later.....it's a fashion statement in a small suburban Maine town for someone to wear his baggy jeans hanging down past his hunter orange boxer shorts!

To me as a 30 yrs old man born and raised in the bronx, ny..... I feel that if your a gangsta, a thug, or whatever pull up ya got damn pants. The only time someone is supposed to see ya boxers is when you taking ya pants off in the bedroom about to get it on and poppin. I dont care if your a 23 year old man with spongebob boxers. That style is called saggers. The only time ya pants should sag is if ya belt breaks and you gotta go to the corner african guys and pick up a new belt for 5 dollars. Lmao..... Besides women like a man with his pants pulled up properly........ Classless females like that falling pants shyt!!

Saggy pants is nothing but ''fashion''. Has nothing to do with wanting to be a gangster wannabee, thug, or anything else. Go to any college campus and high school in the nation. You will find men with saggy pants.
Why can't kids dress how they want to dress. Why do some people continue to insist. Just because a person like saggy pants. That the person wants to be a wannabee thug or gang banger. Because they wear clothes you don't approve of. If you wear a suit or catholic priest attire. Do you want to be a pedophile? If you wear Hollister and Abecrombie and Fitch. Do you want to be a cocaine and meth seller or user.

Sorry dude that style did start in prison, and like a previous poster said, It's been around for a lot longer than most people think it has. I'm 42. Back in the eighties when I used to live in Hollis N.Y. the Hollis crew, Deceptacons and five percenters used to wear their Lee jeans hanging low. So it ain't nothing new.

There ya go. Like the last guy said. Walking around with a load in your pants is a wonderful fasion. I bet it's uncomfortable though. That fasion was indeed started in prison. It's the gang mentality.

It's funny how some guys actually think it looks cool to have their pants sag. I think they look like retards that can't figure out how to operate a belt.

I always take pictures of kids and their sagging pants. No underwear can be seen in this image, but it was cold out. I'm sure when the weather is nice he's showing his hanes.
Maybe he just dropped a load in his pants.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to find men's trousers or jeans with a 28" waist? I usually wear a belt, but I have cinched them together with a length of chain before.
