Guys and saggy pants that show underwear! (wear, sexy, older)

I really need to know, what is up with that?! Why do some wear them soo darn low that you can see their butts sticking out? (Just saw this a few streets away and was like, why don't he just take the darn pants off!)
Is it comfortable? (how can it be?) And why did this start and where? I think a little bit of a sag is okay, top part of boxers showing, but OMG, the sights I have seen lately, I just shake my head. Isn't this almost indecent exposure? Someone explain to me what this is suppose to mean, or why you do it, IF you do. And, ladies... do you like this look? Do you feel it looks sexy? Just wondering...

Some guys wear their pants sooo looow that they have to keep their knees wide apart to keep the pants from falling to the ground. It's bad enough to see them walk like that; they obviously don't know how absolutely ridiculous they look, especially when they try to run holding their pants on by keeping their knees wide.

And when they don't keep their knees wide, they have to keep one hand holding the waistband. They look like a two year old with his hand down his pants, playing.

It's "gang" thning, that started in prisons--and now, some guys think it's cool--I guess! Looks stupid as hell, to me! And uncomfortable!

I used to do it, when i was a teen, nothing to exagerrated, it was a style thing, a "hip hop"thing. As i grew up, ofcourse, i started buying pants that were my size, i still sag a lil, but not because im a gang member, ITS just that i dont have a butt, so my pants fall a lil, because i use size 32, and i buy 34's, plus i dont like "nut huggers". I had a friend that used to wear his pants so tight, that if her farted, the fart would stay stuck in his pants till he took them off.lol

I'm surprised the low pants style is still popular in some areas. I haven't seen it in years, at least not regularly. 5 or 10 years ago, it was popular with high school students.

The baggy pants thing was cool to some degree with gangster wannabes when I was a teenager. But now, at least here in Southern California, it seems to be popular with many different sub-cultures. Tons of kids around here wear rather tight pants that are pulled down so most of their butt is showing (with underwear of course).

I don't understand it much, they can't even walk correctly in them. But, whenever I start to complain about it I start to feel like I'm old.

I have a 16 year old and I've seen more of his butt crack in the past couple of years than I did when he was in diapers.

I think it looks horrible. I wish they'd have a law against it and force men to pull up their pants in public.
