Can you recommend morphing software? (colored, haircut, looks, thin)

Hi- I am looking for a program I can purchase or download that will allow me to upload a photo of my face, and be able to change different things...eye color, fuller cheeks, change nose, change haircolor & style, etc. Sort of like trying on different "looks" before I go and get the haircut, colored contacts, or plastic surgery (ha!) Can anyone recommend something for me to try??

Whats your budget? Are you on a MAC or PC?

You can get Adobe Photoshop for $649. But there is a definite learning curve on how to do the things you want (changing hair styles, color, fuller cheeks, etc.) if you've never used it before.

I am using a laptop with Windows XP. (my laptop is from 2002). Is this too old to use some software? I was hoping to spend less than $100. Are there any software like the Adobe for less than $100? If not, do you think there is any place that I can rent or borrow this software? (like a librairy or rental place)
