I agree to a point. However, one usually needs to function,and hopefully excel in the work place.Dressing inappropriately for your position will get you nowhere. As much as many of us do not want to admit it,we ARE judged on appearance. People make a first impression of you based on how you look. If someone has hired you to do a job,you do need to conform to what is expected.There are ways to express yourself,be true to your personality,be creative and have fun with what you wear and do in tasteful ways.I believe that's the point the people of "What not to Wear" are making.
