My favorite brand is Hue. They last forever, can't remember the last time I bought a new pair. They are extremely comfortable as well.
I agree! Hue tights last forever. I buy them larger than my real size so I don't rip them with my nails. I've even put them through the washer and dryer.

You mean the microfiber tights or the thicker ones?
I bought about 6 pairs of the microfiber in different colors on sale. Love tights. Love, love, love them. And they are for all ages and sizes!
Tights with a flash of color are fantastic. Don't be afraid of color, people!
Or, I wait until after-season at Kohl's and pick up their house-brand for ~$2 per pair.
Tip for more comfort (and warmth for those living in cold climates): try footless tights or just snip the toes off of your cheap pairs. Wear with wool sock (see "Smartwool") and your favorite boots. No one will know, your feet stay toasty-warm and you avoid the dreaded slipping-crotch syndrome.
I hate pantyhose more than words can express and I never wear them, but I love tights. The microfiber tights are nothing like pantyhose at all!
On a side note, I stopped by Verizon today and one of the sales reps had on the cutest cream sweater dress with matching tights and it looked so chic. I'm adding that look to my list!

Cream hose? What kind of shoes was she wearing? Any accessories?
She was wearing knee high tan boots and gold accessories. The sweater dress had a really cute cowl type neckline with a button.
Nice. I wonder what kind of boots they were.
