Really nice lavender bath/skin products?
Hi --
I need a nice hostess gift...I learned she loves the lavender fragrance, which I do not. Since I don't I'm not a good judge of who has a really quality product.
Off hand I can only think of Crabtree & Evelyn or Bath and Body Works...what's out there that would be an "upscale" gesture?
Online or brick-and-mortar suggestions welcome. (I'm in area of Houston, TX.)
Skin lotion? Bath gel? Soap? Shampoo/conditioner? etc....
Many thanks, ladies!

L'Occitanne has some great lavender products. If you don't have a store near you they have a website. Jo Malone has a lavender line if you want to go very upscale.

Thank you, Pitt-T! I may just head off to Macy's today to see this collection. Appreciate the recommendation.
Oh - just saw the reply from longboat too -- many thanks! I know L'Occitane (sp?)
is a fine line too. Thanks again ladies!

Love L'Occitanne lavender bath soap....so fragrant!
And that Joe Malone is to die for. Too bad it's $75 a pop!

L'Occitane is yummy! I cannot live without their shea butter, I buy it in the large tins and use it for every thing.
And yes Jo Malone is expensive but totally worth it, especially the fragrances.

I received a spa blanket from this place as a gift and I love it. It has that inner pad you put in the microwave and a soft purple velvety slipcover. It's like $60 but so worth it. They specialize in lavender!

Wow, this site has some lovely looking products! I've sent them an email asking if/how they do gift packaging. If they do I may just go with them! I am fussy about gift-giving though; I like to have seen the items myself. But I may make an exception here. Thanks for the link, and to everyone else for their replies too! Some of these forums are so helpful!
