If you're giving him your worst, then shame on you. You should have more pride in yourself than to let yourself go, and you should love him enough to do it for him as well as yourself. Just because he WILL accept you fat and saggy doesn't mean you should be that way.

What kind of disability makes it so one cannot exercise at all? Are you so disabled that you cannot do yoga, stretching or some walking? Even people in wheel chairs can exercise. |
