I really want a make up kit that I can slip in my purse. I want it to have eyeshadow and blush with lip gloss. I have tried buying a few, clinique and lancome. It just seems that the blush and eyeshadow don't seem to go together. If the blush is right, then the eyeshadow is wrong. Does anyone have one they love? I have brown hair, blue eyes and fair to medium skin. Any suggestions?

You could go to almost any makeup counter and choose your own product for a kit. I'm more familiar, with Mac, Clinique and MaryKay. However, you should be able to take home a kit that fit your personality and skintone at any counter. Good luck!

This looks possible. I tried Mark but the make up broke when I tried to put it in the compact.

Try MAC compacts with pans you can change out. You can find a ton on ebay. And if you check the make-up tutorials above for "MAC pigment 101" it will show you how to use the pigement for face. Then you can take whatever your favorite lipstick is and smooth into an empty make-up pan (bought from ebay).

I also like the Too Faced kits:
Too Faced Cosmetics: Too Faced Make Up & Lip Injection at Sephora.com: Combination Sets

Hopeless romantic (find it on ebay)
Life of the Party
