I agree 110%!!!

Coconut oil is one of the best natural oils you can use to moisturize with, since it is absorbed into the skin so easily.

I do facials also but what Dr. Baumann is saying is that facials are not key to prevent wrinkles & sun damage. Retinoids & sunscreen are really your best bet.

I think a lot of it is genetic and case-by-case. My grandma washed her face with water and baby-oil. She had beautiful wrinkle-free skin until she passed away. If I do that, I get huge painful zits that take forever to go down. I do agree about the retinoids though, just started using AHA and it's giving me fairly clear skin 3 weeks out of the month.
