Do you sleep in your bra?
Ooh I may be getting pervy!

LOL

No really...I just wondered if other people do. I got a "sleeping bra" that was a laugh and half. It didnt even do anything. I prefer a jiggle free wear which is a task if you go over a B cup...

But Marylin Monroe was said to sleep in ONLY her bra....
They say its bad to wear underwires for a long time for lymp drainage and breast health...But...i mean...has any bra wearer had issues from that in here?

I would like to keep wearing it for sleep to help avoid any sagging things as long as possible. But not if I will get annoying health problems from it.
If thats the case well then let them swing low!

Good Lord NO.

I whip that sucker off as soon as I get in the door at night.
(Ok that was probably TMI )

I would be in tears if I didn't wear a bra to sleep - that's just too much weight to be pulling and stretching skin. "Sleep Bras" are a definite laugh and a half. I wear a hi-impact sports bra to sleep. When I wake up, I definitely notice the difference.

Actually, I sleep in a sports bra. I have never had any problems and must say that for the ripe old age of 42, the girls are pretty perky. I attribute that to the fact that I don't allow them to slouch around at night.

My mom and aunt, on the other hand, whipped theirs off as soon as they came home each day and they never sleep in a bra. My aunt needs to nudge her boobs aside to put on her socks and mom's were looking kinda sad and droopy the last time I noticed.

It was my mom who told me when I was young to not make the same mistake as she did and to keep those puppies on a leash! Gonna have the perkiest boobs at the old folks home one day!

No bra for me. Wearing a bra to bed is about as uncomfortable as it gets.

Ooh real life study! LOL
It WORKS!
That was the other thing I worried about..like..does it really help?
But its working for you, so thats good!

To all you bra whippers out there are you on the smaller side (A-B)?

My old roomate was the same way...The Dior ad with C. Theron ripping off her necklace and dress always reminded me of my ex-roommate's end o'day strip...
The trail always started with her bra! LOL
PRE-SHOE!

I'm right in between a B and a C (depends the bra and where we are in the month ). I'm in my mid 40's and still pass the "pencil test" so I think I am good to go . I've always been very athletic (running , cycling, swimming, weights etc) so part of it may just be general good muscle tone.

I live most of my life in a sportsbra (no underwires) so yes they can be quite comfortable if you decide to go that route. I like Moving Comfort and even some of the Champion bras found at Target.

ps. yes sometimes the bra comes off before the shoes! haha.

I'm a few years older than you and my NATURAL girls all of a C are doing just fine I never take my bra off till I actually GO TO BED! Friends w/ smaller boobs than myself that rip that puppy off as soon as they walk in the door sag big time. Don't care to sleep in it but I will wear it till then.

BTW, we might not have "the perkiest boobs at the old folks home" as there are just tooooo many out there w/ silicone filled boobies. I can't wait till we get there and how fun it is going to be. Seeing all of the "e" ending sound names w/ their fake boobies all front and center, belly button rings, tats and can't move for nothing as old age finally caught up w/ them and THEN......... the guys that even popping a Viagra won't help getting all worked up over seeing them. And they can't do a thing about it. HA!

BTW, in talking to other moms of teens recently........ these girls sleep in their bras and BARELY take them off to shower and swim.
