Default Mini skirts back in?

Are skirts back in fashion right now? I haven't seen so many short skirts in a decade.

They never went away. I've been wearing them since the early '90s and not once did I feel fashionably awkward.

They were completely gone in the later-70's then had a resurrection in the mid-80's.

It's the dog-awful hip-huggers that I hope leaves the planet for good very soon! Didn't like them the first time, hated them worst the second.
