I am 22 and have these small reddish veins right under my nostrils and on the sides of my nose. People say they can hardly notice, but I am really self conscious about them and I think they are very visible. I apply makeup/coverup on them several times throughout the day.

I know I can get laser surgery to get them removed.. but are there any creams or lotions that help reduce the visibility of them instead?

You don't need surgery. You just go to a good dermatologist have have her zap them. You need to keep up with this kind of stuff. Maintain your beauty like you maintain your car!

Creams and lotions won't work. Just go and get it fixed!
