I really like my Puntotres handbags. I don't like Coach, Vera Bradley is really ugly IMO, and LV, ick, the leather looks like plastic and why would I pay that much to buy something with the logo all over it?
Of those, I am voting Cole Haan, because what I have seen is beautiful. I love handbags, but won't pay over $100.00 for one, which is why I get most of mine at TJM.
OOOOHHHH! Handbags! My favorite subject!! I enjoyed Coach for a long time, but lately they have been doing so many patterned bags. I'm not a fan of buckles, tassels, and other shiny things on bags. I had one from BCBG that I loved, my other faves are: Tod's, Furla, Marc Jacobs, Dooney & Burke, and Cole Haan sometimes has nice ones. I haven't found one I really like lately though. For me, I just have to see the perfect bag, it's an impulse thing. My limit is $350-400.00, (but I only buy 1 bag at a time, and use it for at least 2-3 years before I buy a new one)
I have owned all of those designers listed (even though you did miss a few ) and so I have my opinions on each of them, but overall, I'd say probably Gucci is my favorite. From experience, they are made the best and aren't seen everywhere (like Coach and LV, for instance). Plus, I love all the pockets inside most of them, and how roomy most of them are (depending on the style you get..but in general, they are all really roomy). I love Gucci bags. I also Cole Haan has some nice ones, but some of them just look so plain and boring (their latest stuff at least) but they are made well also.
My favorite three handbags are by Ralph Lauren. I bought them secondhand off of eBay.
