Um....early? lol. Im in my early twenties and in the light of day I might as well be a peach with facial features. It is not pretty when you do a makeup check and realize that your beard wasnt apparent in the dim indoor lights. It's all downhill I suppose.

I keep tweezers everywhere. I did laser without much long term results, done waxing and now I am threading. Seems like I have to go every couple of weeks.

My biggest fear? If I am in the hospital or incapacited and can't have access to a mirror or tweezer. My friends and DH know that I am to be tweezed daily!

Facial hair varies from woman to woman, and varies with aging. It's no cause for panic.

I've had a 'stache since I was in my teens. The chin hairs started up when I was about 40.

On the other hand, the hair on my legs is now noticeably thinner. But I'd rather have the hair on my legs than on my face, because I'd rather shave than wax. Ow.

Just use Nair!!!! It's cheap, you can do it in privacy of your own home and it works.

Do you really wax your face? Do you have to exfoliate your face? Whenever I've gone the waxing route for my legs or other areas... I'm always told to thoroughly exfoliate, and keep exfoliating, otherwise you can get those awful ingrown hair things.

I'm 54 and going through menopause. My facial hair has definitely increased over the past couple of years, but I've always been kind of hairy. I've been using Nair and tweezers since I was in my late teens, but it seems like the regrowth rate has increased in recent years. I can relate to ready2move's fear of being unable to tweeze!

I'm curious. I noticed that when i got older even well past my teenage years, i seemed to have gotten hairier. Shouldn't it be opposite as our hormonal level tends to decrease as we get older, at least for men? That is why men tend to bald as they get older right?
