I heard somewhere that he used 20% hydroquinone. Over the counter is 2% and prescription usually 4%
It's possible, I have used 8% & 12% solutions I have been able to buy in South America, not to whiten my skin but to remove sun spots & blemishes. That's stuff is strong but it will remove anything, it's unbelievable.
Use some sun blocks other than bleach cream as you said that your face is affected due to sun effects and have problem only on nose. I think its best suggestion for you to save your face from more damages and it will be also good to use Jollens Bleach Cream. It has good effects on skin I have ever seen.
The dermatologists injected me with Tationil Glutathione to get a clearer and translucent complexion, it made my skin very pale. I also have taken them orally in tablet form.
I dont know how to get rid of them but I hide mine. it looks like I have a little mustache. I use everyday minerals lavender color corrector. The lavender color helps balance out the brown. Go to the shiseido counter. Their products are great for whitening, without any harshness. They have ingredients which block the production of melanin. Seeing as your skin turns over in a couple of months you should have results by then (if you use the product religiously). Downside is expense.
I wouldn't go for hydroquinone. It is too toxic and you can only get more than 2% if you get a prescription. You also have to keep out of the sun while using it or you can get more discoloration.
I have some acne scars that I have been able to treat with lemon juice, its lightened them quite a bit ( you can barely see them)however its taken 3 months I have herd realy good things about the clinque spot fader, so i think I might try that if I ever get to the mall
I am going to buy one today, for the dark freckles on my nose. I don't mind freckles..but mine aren't really cute...I wish they were..but they look ..well...they just don't flow with my face lol. They are from sun damage.
I want to make sure I buy a decent lightening lotion. Can you suggest a few? I'm not going to put it all over..just on the ridge of the top of my nose where the sun spots are.
I'm hoping for results in 1-2 months.
Sorry you don't like your freckles. I haven't read the other replies so hope this isn't a duplicate. I recently came across a list of the benefits of apple cider vinegar and this list says that ACV & onion juice will lighten dark spots on the skin. I didn't make onion juice but I do keep ACV. I have a big freckle, not too dark, on one side of my face that doesn't bother me but I was curious. So I dabbed it with ACV. It did fade the freckle somewhat in just one night (not completely and I haven't done it again) so maybe combined with onion juice it works even better. Good luck!
