I carry a cooler for my two sodas I drink at work. Cheaper to buy them and carry them to work than to pay 75 cents a piece while AT work. Sometimes, other things also get stuck in there, especially if I'm trying to get out the door quickly. The cooler holds six sodas, and I'm only bringing two.
I imagine they're popular in the Bay area and West Hollywood.
Always has been, and always will be so, there-lol. Hey, that type of guy would go perfectly with the gal who showed up for the date in flip flops and peach fuzz. Beatniks-ya know?
I could care less either way-lol. To "peach" his/her own-LMBO.
if you live somewhere where you don't own a car and use transit, or ride a bike to get where you're going, you need some sort of bag to carry your things in - man or woman. just imagine the things that you keep in your car that you use on a regular basis ... some of those things we have to carry around as we go, so we need a bag. Heck, I'm a woman and I carry a backpack around instead of a purse. everything that i need throughout the day is there because sometimes I'm away from my apartment for up to 10 hours.
it's not anything about being a "man purse" or having anything to do with a guy's sexuality.
This is it.
9 times out of 10 the guy with the backpack or messenger bag is on a bike, or walking in an urban area. You don't see this nearly as much in the suburbs, where everyone just stashes stuff in their car.

I called it man purse b/c I honestly had no idea what they were called. Most of the guys I know that carry one are hetero so didn't assume it was related to sexual preference.
I live in the sticks. My little town does not have a stoplight much less public transportation. It seems to just be trendy here.

Oh I know you didn't, but someone mentioned the Bay Area and West Hollywood, that's where that comment came from.
Why am I not surprised that Tom Brady is the first pic shown?
