They ARE extremely comfortable. As soon as I get home from work, I kick off my shoes and put on my Crocs. I never wear them in "public"...only in the house and garden. The only people they look good on are little kids...with little feet.

Agree with you about Uggs too. They sure are Ugg-ly!

i don't get all the celebration .... exactly what we should be pumped about, another company failing and more jobs lost ...... hooray!

i never much cared for them as I don't like the style .... however as a company that started out as a small domestic business with a high quality product I hope they find a way to adapt and survive

here is an example of a mens sandal they've come out with ....... i could see potentially buying a pair of their flip flops

they may be too well entrenched though to make such a shift in branding and imaging

in the end it was a boom/bust trend and they didn't do a great job of diversifying their brand

however it still gives me no joy to see them teeter

"Once-trendy Crocs could be on their last legs."

Thank goodness! Those shoes are terrible for your feet anyway.

I don't find them attractive but I do think they serve a purpose... As the PP said, I hate to see any company go under these days.

LOL---I agree.
Ugh to the Uggs too. Mostly wannabes wearing them anyway. Thye look ridiculous in summer and perhaps only ok in winter. Though the females I've seen wearing them in winter seem more concerned with fashion over warmth.

Same here! They are hella comfy, and are super easy to clean.

I like em.
