I've worn just about every color nail polish at some point, and my personality didn't change along with it.
The only thing I don't like is chipped nails or overly long nails (but I know people with long nails & they function just fine). Since I don't have the time to get regular manicures, I just stick to very short nails w/ clear polish lately.
Black or deep red always look chic to me though (when done right I mean).
LOL! Yup, every time I see a woman with goofy long painted nails I wonder how can she saddle a horse...and, no, I'm not making fun of you , I had horses! To me, a woman with nails like that is not active or does much with her hands.... boring , uninteresting and not very sanitary....but it is time consuming and a waste of money!

I think that red looks stellar on other women I see it on. But if I were to wear it ....because my hair is so light - it would make me look like a hooker. Same w/ red lipstick.
