I picked up that orange/ginger dove one and it smells nice but it was in a locked case and why..because its 10 bucks a bottle...which I would be kinda ok with but the guy likes to use it so...yeh..mr. gloop uses too much

I am not nagging on that because it is just one of those things you have to let go...he's buying it anyway

But then I priced the suave and it was 1/2 the price. Does it work as well without being slime-time?
I have not priced the nivea but I just wondered how that worked out for anyone. (its about 7 bucks online)

If anyone wonders I do love the orange stuff but I could go for something richer sometimes. It is a good summer bodywash for normal skin that can get dry a bit or oily a bit. It does not feel slime like at all and lathers up nicely.

I know it wasn't included in vs. vs. vs..., but since it's in the desired price range, I decided to mention I like Olay Ribbons:

I love the Dove as well I did get an olay limited edition winter something or other kind last winter that was horribly thick and left a film on my skin... I never felt clean with that one. As for the other 2 brands you mentioned, Ive never tried them!

I just use Camay soap! (Actually, all "soap" is detergent---even bodywash!) It works just fine, doesn't dry my skin and costs pennies!!!!

My wife and I prefer the Nutrogena body wash. We pick up a HUGE bottle of it for around $18 at the Costco.

Has anyone tried Wal-marts clone (Equate) of Olay super moisture body wash? I love it and find it not only just as good as the Olay one - but much cheaper, too.

I like Philosophy 3-in-1, which is a shampoo, shower gel, and bath. It's a little pricey but it comes in different fragrances that don't stay on you so you can then use your regular fragrance. They have lots of scents that would appeal to both men and women, especially cinnamon buns and some of the chocolates. For the summer, they have margarita and some other tropical scents.
