OHMYGOSH!!! Those are NOTHING! My 14 yo has the long bangs on one side and she totally FLIPS her head hard and uses her hand to push them back. She does it like every 30 seconds and it drives me CRAZY!!! I've gotten onto her about how silly and retarded it looks.
It's because most people with these bangs can't style them correctly. I have these bangs, and the only time I have problems is when there's a bunch of wind pushin' 'em all over the place.
Looks to me like whoever cut it did not move it around enough toget those few hairs out of the way that make this style "real world" and not "VS world"

I have sideways bangs but i keep them short or use gel to keep them somewhat tame.
I second the poster who said these might be growing out. I had side bangs for a while and got so sick of trying to grow them out that I cut them into short straight-across bangs. I still have them, but I know one day they will have to grow out...growing out bangs on both sides of your head looks slightly less bad and at least you can clip them back
