Most men like the long locks hanging over them... And someone needs to be the dude..and the other the chick.

Long hair is much preferred over short hair. But there are some women with short hair that blow a lot of long haired chicks out of the water - Halle Berry and that Anna chick from "V" are two that come to mind.

Ha! I did the first post just to mess with you.
I do prefer long hair, at least shoulder length, and for whatever reason I'm a sucker for the long soft layers. IMO I feel that most women really can't pull off a short hairstyle, while most look ok there are very few that have the proportions and the symetry to really look stunning with short hair. The style I detest the most is the 'old chick' style similar to what Kate Gosselin is sporting these days. I don't know who is bulls*****g them into thinking this make them look good or younger & more hip but it is absolute turn off.

99% of the ladies should keep their hair fairly long IMHO. I am simply way more attracted to girls with long silky hair.

It doesn't matter to me. I just like women either way.
