Why are you bound to dislike it? What if your man was genuinely unhappy with his looks?
I know I was, in HS I was 170' ish and I did not like to be skinny. I ate and lifted weights for years and naturally brought myself up to 205. It really did wonders to for my self esteem; that and getting braces/contacts.
Yes, I encourage young men who are insecure about their looks or their builds to hit the weights. It can only help you on all fronts.

Well, I don't really know what your body looks like... If you're tall, 205 may very well be good weight for you. I just dislike those stupid, exaggerated, bodybuilder-type muscles and the vanity and waste of time that go into building them. But as I said, the health & fitness freaks don't associate with smokers, either, so we're all safe in our lil' worlds!
Okay, need to "cleanse the palette" after the WNBA junk. So here you go. The only other types of women who can actually compete with track and field sprinters in terms of sexy legs are fitness models like this chick here. Someone who is so into their health, fitness and taking care of their bodies. These are sexy legs.
Im not so sure about that. You almost NEVER EVER see women who look like this (body) lonely and unable to get a date. They usually ALWAYS have men hitting on them.
Mrs. Lao thinks these types are ugly, but she's a woman who dont really know what mainstream men find sexy.

Well, I'm 6'1 so it's a great weight for me. As far as muscle and vanity, well I do admit, some guys get carried away with it (with their JUGS of creatine and winne..lol) as far as, they just want to get big, and BIGGER and EVEN BIGGER ect.... But regardless, it's not a waste of time because other then gym workouts the American culture is completely void of any physical activity. Wow! CHILDREN today are now coming down in epidemic preportions with diabetes type 2. This is the FUTURE generation!
That's why I get so pissed off when I see people complain about "health care". People don't engage in anything proactive that pertains to their own health, which at the minimum is at least vigorous exercise 3x a week.
To end my diatribe, the bottom line is that the current inhabitants of the leading countries need to be briefed in that although you live in a modern technological society, the body is still developed to live under primitive conditions that follow the circadian rhythm.

Yeah... too big for my taste. A muscular girl is nice, but not a buff, body builder type.
