I don't think the girl in your photo is sickly either, she looks skinny but great, a typical high fashion model. Where are the commercial models? The catalogs?
Both the models have still been photoshopped to hell so claiming one is better looking than the other is kind of moot - we don't know what they really look like.
And the outfits are hidious anyways so any one of any size isn't going to look very good in them!

The bangle in question has a large white dot on it; the "plus size" gal has the same bangle on her wrist but she has her arm up over her head whereas the skinny gal has her hand placed so that the white dot is obliterating her wrist.
I am sure Photoshopping went on but nobody Photoshopped out the skinny girl's wrist!

Just showed the above photos to my husband and he couldn't pick one looking better than the other. He thought one in the middle of the two sizes would look best.

It may be one hell of an optical illusion - but I'm still seeing a wristless girl and not a white bangle (though I do see the one on the larger girl)
Camping, you are so right, I totally missed that!! She has no wrist!! That reminds me of some photo I saw years ago of a model somewhere, her belly button had been photoshopped out.
