Hello! So, I need some help finding a pair of skinny jeans that fit well.

I am a very skinny male, (over 6' and roughly 150 lbs), however I have really wide hips. Whenever I try on jeans that fit my hips, they are ridiculously baggy on my legs, gather up way too much in places they shouldn't, and the ankles are so wide they look more like boot-cut than skinny fit. And whenever I try on jeans that fit my legs, the waist is too small for my hips and I end up having to hike them up way too high to be tasteful.

I tried girl jeans too, but even though they give me a PERFECT silhouette, the frontal area isn't really accommodating.

I have no idea what else to try. It's so frustrating! Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Men should not be wearing skinny jeans.

I'm sorry xenophile, but I kind of agree with this statement. The Jonas Brothers really aren't that cool.

If you really can never find jeans that fit well, why not buy a pair you like and have it professionnally tailored?

ANYWAY...

Levi's 511 super skinny. They have some stretch so you can stretch them over your hips. Try a size down from what you normally wear too.

Well, I think men can wear skinny jeans if they want to! XD

Anyway, I found a pair of stretchy ones that look perfect and are pretty comfortable too. Thanks very much for all your advice!

I would find a pair of jeans that fit the way you like and have them tailored. I unfortunately have the reverse problem being so short!

To xenophile & veuvegirl, take a look at makeyourownjeans.com.

Yes, men can wear skinny/slim jeans.

I agree. A man in skinny jeans and the anaconda is bunched. Easy buddy! I'll look, but it's not a good look!
