When you are not working, what style of shoes do you wear, and how old are you?

I am in my early 30s, and wear anything from soccer shoes, Sketchers casual shoes, or dresser shoes.

Late 30's and it usually depends on what I'm doing. Cross trainers, Puma casual shoes, loafers, running shoes. All depends, but on Sundays, only slippers before 10am unless I'm on the links!

What are dresser shoes? I'm 23 and wear Converse, chelsea boots, other various ankle boots.

It depends on what Im doing.

If Im out running or jogging, I'll wear my Nike Plus Shox or Saucony shoes.
If working out doing weights only, it'll be converse All Stars. Great for heavy lifting.
If putzing around the house it'll probably be Nike Shox or Saucony running shoes that I retired from running (usually after a couple hundred miles). Running shoes make for GREAT walking/putzing around shoes after they reach their running mileage limit.
Also, depending on what clothes I wear I'll wear either Pumas, Kenneth Coles, Sandles or flip flops. Will have to depend on if it matches the clothes I wear that day.

Im in Los Angeles so flip flops/sandals are pretty standard wear around here because of the weather.

My husband mostly wears sneakers or boots to work.

But he does have 2 pairs of dress shoes that he will wear when we have company or we're visiting his family.

Dressier type shoes are more like loafer types or patent leather tie type shoes you wear with your best clothes (like slacks, button down shirts, suit, and tie).

Not for everyone. I wear them with jeans sometimes.

I'm in my early 30's and if i'm wearing a tshirt or shorts it's either Vans slipons, Varvatos Converse or Nike dunks (low-key colorways, nothing too wild). I'm of the mindset that chunky running shoes should be for exercise and make guys look prematurely middle-aged when you're out & about. When i'm wearing any kind of collared shirt I switch to either Frye chukka's or Timberland Boot oxfords or Superga sardegna slipons. Even though i'm in Cali, I don't wear flipflops out on the street because i've stubbed my toe & cracked by nails one too many time.
