My son is a competitive swimmer and even he hates the tiny Speedos. But the coach wants them as tiny and tight as you can get.

He would much prefer to be wearing a body-tight 'jammer' style (also made by Speedo) . . but this year the coach forced all the boys to wear the other style. I wondered how he would react but he didn't blink an eye. I guess when you have the body of most competitive swimmers - what the heck; they sure don't have to worry about how their bodies look.

However, my son's theory (untested) is that if the Speedo jammer had never been invented - there's a whole lot of boys that would never have started swimming.

Talking That may be somewhat correct. The BEST swimmers in the world wear these.

Er yeah, and boys have been swimming in speedos for so long...

Speedos probably offer more leg flexibility but then again something like that in the above pic would be fine too.

a guy in a speedo looks like he's in his undies but a girl in a bikini looks in no way like shes walking around in bra and panties.......
