So, I was talking about the MEMA Katrina cottages, not the ones you could get from Lowes or built on site by a contractor.
MEMA cottages ruled to be modular homes - WLOX.com - The News for South Mississippi Apparently, they are deemed modular even though they have an axle and wheels and come in one piece. At least in Mississippi. It would be interesting to see if you could put one of those suckers on land that is not zoned for mobile homes. Now that I know that they won a case like this...I may try that...watch out NW Arkansas.
