We are not growing that fast, certainly we are not Chicago. How are the plans coming, will you be part of us by spring? Look forward to getting together when you come back.

Nita,

My plans are now for fall-my special mom's 80th birthday is in October and then I am coming down! I'll be there around September to look for a place. I can't wait-we have already had snow and our temps are in the teens. I am SO glad it's my last winter here. I'll be in touch when I am coming down.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!

I'm constantly noticing more housing developments and am always hearing about new businesses coming in. I had no idea a Dunkin Donuts was set to open this December in Bentonville and also heard that a Cracker Barrel and Chipotle are also set to begin construction soon in Bentonville. There is also current construction going on for the new Macadoodles. Has this sort of development always been going on here or has it only started to occur within the last five or so years? Am I over reacting with this? Is this kind of development normal in metros of this size?
Which "NWA" do you speak of? This?

Or this?
