Family Neighborhoods in B'Ville/Rogers (Benton, Bentonville: home, established neighborhood, subdivisions)

Hi folks.....relocating to NWA after Jan. 1 to call on Wal-Mart/Sam's. We are looking to stay in the immediate area and have all but ruled out Bella Vista because of the retirement community aspect. Can you guys please recommend the names of specific, newer neighborhoods in SW Rogers or Bentonville where our girls (6/8) would be likely to find playmates their age. Looking in the 300-350K range. My sister lives in Bentonville. She's 25, has 2 little ones and loves it there. Her husband works for Sam's and travels a lot. So with that said, she feels safe being alone for a few days at a time.

Thanks. I trust it's safe already. I've been there a few times and like what I see. I too have traveled extensively for my job leaving my family at home for a few days at a time and I know that can be tough if you don't trust the neighborhood you're living in. I was looking for more specifics on names of good subdivisions in the area that would help me narrow my search.

Neighborhoods in Bentonville that you might like are Kensington, Shadow Valley, Denali Park and Simsberry. Those are the ones that I can think of off the top of my head. I am a Realtor in Bentonville and will be in my office later this morning. So many new ones all the time, it is hard to keep up! Some of the more established neighborhoods are great though, because they already have a lot of kids living there. The newer ones are still fairly empty. I will check for more in Bentonville and look into Rogers and post back to you later.
