Thanks Nita

Looked at houses and lots all day yesterday and saw some we would buy if we were ready so thats good.

Today went to Bella Vista and crossed over into MO just because Lol. Beautiful area with lakes and golf courses, I can only imagine how beautiful it would be when green. Loved the hills but wouln't want to drive the narrow windy roads too often.

Next we went to Waltons Museum and the Crystal Bridges which is amazing. They actually had a new exhibit open to day which is a lot to do with the plight of the Mexicans crossing the border from San Diego to Texas. Actually quite interesting.

Tomorrow. Back to Fayetteville and will have to search out Onyx Coffee Lab again.

Onyx Coffee is an interesting place. Though a bit on the noisy side, for my taste. I prefer the Press Room, myself.
An interesting dining place I found last time I was in town was the Tusk and Trotter, just south of the Square on East A street. one of the more innovative menus I have seen in a while, but bring your appetite.

Onyx Coffee was great and not noisy at all while we were there. Really enjoyed the latte's after walking the square.

I checked out T&TS menu and it was different for sure.

Had lots of great days while here.

Super friendly people everywhere

it was the strangest thing but also very cool. I can't remember ever feeling so comfortable in a place that I had never been.

^^^ We were initially attracted to the natural beauty and cultural amenities. But it was the friendliness, acceptance, and sense of belonging that cinched our decision to move to Fayetteville. Two months into our relocation, we are still bowled over almost daily by the friendliness and helpfulness of people here.

A feeling of belonging and this is home was probably the thing we appreciated the most about NWA; We still do, plus the combination of rural and urban.

Well, we also really liked Little Rock but LOVED Bentonville. We met with our business group and have been invited to move both home and light manufacturing business to Bentonville and have come to a verbal agreement. Both my wife and I are ecstatic. The nicest people ever, breakfast at Onyx, BBQ at Freds, festivities at Pedal in Pub and a few solid hours of exploring bike trails really made the visit special. I hugged people which isn't typical for me and it was good.

Welcome to our world. It is really a good place to live. Oh, and Fred's, it is good, but hate to say this, it was better before it had to be re-built after a fire a couple of years ago.
