Thank you! How is King Burrito? I really wanted to stop in for lunch. It looks like there are endless dining options.

We have almost anything you could want to eat within a few minutes, from the standard fast food and chain restaurants to many great independent dining options and from old fashion southern cooking to Indian, cuisine. We even have a fresh seafood restaurant. I guess the only thing missing is In-N-Out. I haven't eaten at King Burrito. I am sure someone else could answer that for you.

Good luck: keep us posted.

Welcome y'all. I hope everything goes smoothly for you moving forward.
Well...If we can come to an agreement with the developer, we will be buying a new home in NWA.

We are super excited and will keep our San Diego home for now.

Well, we didn't make it happen. We came back out and since we are buying new we couldn't find a lot that we wanted. We are staying in touch with the builder and will pursue again in a year if I can wait that long.

Just drove to the post office on Walton and was sad to be leaving again. Yes it is bustling and busy but to us it is perfect and will be our home soon. Met lots of cool people in the last week and already have friends out here.

From Fayetteville to Bella Vista, Bentonville, Centerton, Cave Springs and Rogers we love it all.

Plus there is a Nothing Bundt Cake so what's not to love

I am glad you are staying in contact with the builder, you never know when something will pop up and you have time. It may not be a year.

I think this gives a chance to make the move even more smoothly. We have properties to sell and though we did not need to sell first to be able to buy our new home in NWA it will be nice to have that done.

We did have to sell first, but our daughter and hubby didn't. They bought here and didn't physically move for a couple of years. I can assure though, when they were ready to make the move they were very anxious to get the house in Dallas area sold.

Just submitted an offer to the builder for a new home. Probably won't find out until Monday.

Hopefully I didn't ask for too much
