Default Apartments in Fayetteville

Looking to move to Fayetteville from Siloam Springs in the next 6 months or so. What are some of the best apartment complexes if money isn't an object.

What I'm looking for is a good area, pool, etc. I'm 21 so preferably a younger/college type area/neighbors.

If money is no object then why not rent a house?

I would suggest hill place, just south of campus on 6th st. I have some friends there now and the complex is really nice. Connects into some of the trails, has a pool, and I would guess that about 95-100% of residents are college students. They come fully furnished as well.

Lol, thats what I was thinking. Why rent though have a custom one built and buy a sign that says college girls welcome to put outside. Hey money isn't an object right?

Apparently some people lack reading comprehension.

Apparently some people can't get the point. The point we were making is if money is no object then why throw it away renting an apartment? I'm sure you have your reasons but whatever. Are you looking for something near the university, near Dickson, near shopping, etc?

I get the point. But I specified "apartments" in the OP. Hence, I want to live in an apartment complex, not a house/duplex/etc.

As far as location, anywhere in Fayetteville is fine as long as it's a good area. I don't even know if there are bad areas in Fayetteville really.

Location isn't all that important though. I just want a nice, preferably newer apartment complex for a decent deal obv. My price range fwiw is 800-900 month for a 2 br.

The Cliffs on Crossover Road are very nice and there's some new apartments on 15th across from Baum Stadium that are very nice. Stay away from Leverette Street.

The Reserve at Steele Crossing are near the mall. The Crown at Razorback are near Baum Stadium. Mountain Ranch is a new development just south of Wedington. I'm not sure it's completed yet. There are also some new condos along Duncan just across from the newer parking deck on campus. I'm not sure if they are university owned though. They look to nice to be university owned.

I would mainly just avoid Sweetser and Lindsey properties. There's much nicer and more for your money places. You also might avoid some places along North Leverett. That's quickly become a not so great part of town. Although there's a nice development on the corner of Leverett and North street that wouldn't be so bad. There is also a newer development just north of Sycamore. Sorry, I drive by these places and never think to look at the name of them.
