Default D Shavvin Watercolor Artist, any info?

There was a ship watercolor painting in a frame at an estate sale. We snagged it for cheap to use in decor of a rental and I was going to alter it a bit but wanted to get more info on the artist first. All I could find was that a pair were sold at a Bonhams UK auction in 2004 for 153 pounds. As is the painting has water damage and a scratch. Thanks in advance.
