I think this is a reproduction of a painting by Thomas Gainsborough... can
anyone here give a definite ID?


Here's a gallery of Gainsborough's paintings, and if the one posted above
isn't by him, then it is a very clever & well-done knock off:

I haven't looked through all these many paintings yet, but I would not be
surprised to find "Corning Town" among them! Thomas Gainsborough is an
English landscape and portrait painter, one of the great English masters. He was born in Sudbury, Suffolk in 1727.
