Default Sedona Air Quality?

What is the air quality like there? I have heard pro and con on it.

Like all the high deserts in AZ, Sedona has excellent air quality. Where did you hear otherwise?

Better than Phoenix, that's for certain. I'm sure the only problems people would have are the seasonal allergies, which affect everyone differently. Other than that I don't see how it could be considered bad at all.

Anyway, it makes no sense. Sedona is a tiny town at 4500', a much higher altitude than Phoenix which is also over 100 miles away, and across a mountain range. There is simply no way the air quality could be bad in Sedona and it's not.
