Default Atlantic Beach zip 32233 yes/no?

OK, when I went to school in 2003 to have a profession and be able to move to Florida, I thought I could buy a house, near the beach (like Satellite, Indian Harbour, Flagler) for roughly 200k. Then I visited the east coast and decided that Jacksonville was more favorable. I like the Neptune, Jax Beach area, but the home prices are higher than Atlantic Beach (north of Atlantic Blvd.).

I am guessing the Mayport area is too blame, but is the Atlantic Beach section just to the north of Atlantic Blvd. that much worse than Neptune, Jax Beach?

I will be moving as soon as my home sale is complete in St. Louis

Thank you.

Hello, Depends on how close to the beach you are...price goes up each block closer to the beach. It is cheaper over near Mayport rd, but not a great area. As prices went up in Jax, Nept. and Atl. beaches it pushed the Mayport prices up too. Lots of folks living in Mayport area that just can't afford the beaches area. East of Seminole in Atlantic beach is very pricey, east of Mayport rd but west of Seminole is cheaper, west of Mayport rd is cheaper. 200K won't get you much in thebeaches area but it is possible. The Mayport rd area is not as nice as Neptune and most of Jax beach. Good Luck!!
