Last Weekend To Sell My House
This is the last weekend I have to get my house sold here in Broward. If it doesnt sell this weekend we loose our house in SC. 
Any advice on what I can do to get it to sell. We are having an open house and the house is all clean and pretty.. should I run an add? In what paper? Is it too late to run an add? We have dropped the price 20000 and still no showings. Any advice we will take.
Sorry if this is the wrong forum but this is where my house is.

Try to place as many open house signs all over the main high volume streets and avenues in your area. Among the tips that helped sell my house were the following:
Keep a/c as cold as possible, water the lawn early in the morning so the grass looks fresh and green, have a pot of coffe brewing, believe it or not, the smell of fresh coffee is very invating and it increases the senses positive side, have lots of sun light come through the windows, buy flowers and put them in vases in several areas of the house, have some nice ambiance music playing in the background. I have to think the house is not going to sell. I wonder if there is something you can do about the other house to get you some more time. |

Should I list the house at out lowest possible price with no room to negotiate or list it and leave some room for negotiation?
There is nothing I can do to get the builder to give me more time, I have tried. When I signed the contract I was lead to beleive that they could be flexiable with the date but now that the time is here they are not. Looking back on what the sales lady said it was just a sales phrase.

It looks like you have a nice weekend coming up if it doesn't rain. I hope you sell. I am not religious but I have had my back against the wall a few times and it can be amazing how things can work out for you. Just do the best you can. Where is your house located in Broward by the way ? |

As someone else said go as low as you can go .Also do everything else also flowers music and I sprayed perfurm right before the open house SUNG everyone loved it. lol I EVEN SPRAYED MY WREATHS ON THE DOORS LOL well I wish you all the luck in the world oh put the Saint Anthony in your yard that's good luck . I really hope you get to S.C. GOOD LUCK
